Delivery Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please double-check all address details before confirming your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be modified.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request a correction. However, address changes are not guaranteed, so verifying your details during checkout is strongly recommended.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery window is 12–15 business days. While we aim to meet this timeframe, certain factors may occasionally cause delays, including:

- Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the following:
- Destination of the shipment (domestic vs. international)
- Chosen delivery speed
- Package size and weight
Note: International deliveries may incur higher shipping fees.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment can be made at the time of delivery via credit/debit card or other accepted methods.
Secure Packaging
All products are packed in tamper-proof, sealed boxes to ensure privacy and prevent damage or spillage.
If you choose to have your package left unattended at your doorstep, you assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft. We will only honor this request if it is clearly indicated by you at checkout or via direct communication.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
In the rare event that your order is delayed or not delivered:

- We will promptly investigate and, depending on the situation, resend the order or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
