Return Policy

We ensure that all orders are packed and delivered with care. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please inform us immediately.

  • Not all medicines are eligible for return. Please refer to the specific return eligibility mentioned for each product.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • To raise a return request, contact our support team via phone or email.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all serial numbers, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Only unused and unopened medicines that match the invoice will be accepted for return.

Cancellation Policy

FirstCare Chemist reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete order details
  • Pending verifications not completed

Customer-initiated cancellations:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled easily if they haven't been shipped yet.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and must be accepted upon delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after returned items pass quality checks.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be permitted.
  • Refund requests made after two months from the date of order cancellation will not be processed.
