Return Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately for a resolution.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Not all medicines are eligible for return. Refer to the product-specific return eligibility mentioned on the product page.
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via phone or email.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels, barcodes, and serial numbers intact.
- Only those medicines that are unused, unopened, and match the invoice will be accepted for return.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled either by FirstCare Chemist or by the customer under the following conditions:
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incomplete or incorrect order information
- Unverified or pending customer details
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team promptly.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be accepted upon delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned items pass our quality inspection.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
- We do not process refunds to third-party accounts or via alternate payment methods.
- Refund requests made after two months from the date of cancellation will not be processed.
- Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved.
